We're excited you've decided to include us in your big day - - we love a good party! Our goal is to provide you with a simple, personal design process and a unique & beautiful stationery suite.
Payment
1. Contact us via email (smswear at gmail.com) and we'll discuss the details of your order and work up a custom quote.
2. You'll purchase a deposit listing ($120), and we'll start the design process. This deposit is non-refundable, but 100% is applied to your final order total. We'll send digital proofs for your approval, requests, and corrections. Hard copy proofs are also available, just ask! During the design process, up to eight rounds of revisions are on us! Beginning with the ninth, additional design fees will apply.
3. After your final approval of all proofs (check carefully, because once you've given your final "okay" we are not responsible for any typos!) you will purchase the listing for your remaining balance plus shipping. Unless otherwise specified, your order will be on its way within 15 days!
Shipping
All orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail unless you request otherwise. Expect shipping to run between $12 and $40. Within the US you should receive your order in 2-3 days. Tracking info is available if you would like!
Refunds and Exchanges
We work hard to ensure that your experience is a 100% positive one. Once you have approved all proofs and given your "okay" to go to press, all sales are final, and there will be no refunds given.
If you should receive an order that contains errors that you did not approve, we will do our best to correct the mistake and re-ship the product within 48 hours. In the event that it is not possible to correct your order within this time frame, we will then refund the full amount paid for the incorrect product.
